A non-refundable retainer fee is required to book and secure a date and time for any of my photographic services.

Should you decide or need to cancel or reschedule I will have lost the opportunity to book other clients for that particular date and time and so conditions for rescheduling apply and if cancelling, it is unlikely that your retainer or part of it would be refunded.

Your retainer fee will be deducted from the value of the photographic services you order and the balance payment will be due on the day of your photography.

Payment for photographic prints must be made at the time of ordering.

Payments may be made by Cash, Cheque, EFT or Online through PayPal Australia by clicking on the button below.

Please phone me on (08)8321-9380 to check on available dates and times prior to making your payment.

What is a Retainer Fee?

A retainer fee is a form of pre-payment and is based on your chosen package.
This advanced fee reserves me, the photographer and if required, a make-up artist for the date and time for your photography.

Retainer fees are non-refundable because should a client not show up for the appointment, I have most likely lost other bookings for that date and also paid a make-up artist and hair stylist.

There are also time consuming preparations made in advance of your photography session for which I must be compensated.

What if something comes up and I need to reschedule?

Monday to Friday appointments have a 48 hour cancellation policy. All appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

A courtesy one-time cancellation will be allowed and you can reschedule and apply your retainer fee to another date. This does not apply if services such as hair and make-up have been organised.

When rescheduling, your next appointment must occur from Monday to Friday, between 10:00am and 6:00pm and not on Public Holidays or during the weekend.

Appointment cancellations that occur in less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time will more than likely result in a forfeiture of your retainer fee.

No cancellations or rescheduling is allowed for appointments made for a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday and all retainer fees are forfeited immediately regardless of circumstances.

What if I already rescheduled and I need to reschedule again?

If you need to reschedule a second time, your first retainer fee will be forfeited and you will need to pay another retainer fee.
The second retainer fee will be applied towards your final photography order.

I understand that emergencies do happen.

Except for weekend or public holiday cancellations, forfeiture of any retainer fee is at my discretion and dependant on loss of other work, payments or retainer fees for make-up artist and hair stylist and sometimes, equipment or location hire.

Scheduled Time – Running Late.

If you are more than 45 minutes late for your session without notice by telephone, it is considered a cancellation and the retainer is forfeited.

To avoid the cancellation of your session if you are running late, please call to advise and tell me your expected time of arrival.

Your session will still more than likely end at the scheduled time and so arriving late will reduce your session time and therefore, the number of shots obtained.

You may also miss out on make-up and hair styling if you arrive too late and that will be at the discretion on the hair / make-up artist.
